Eastholme is located only 6 miles from Colorado Springs, 5 miles from Manitou Springs, and 8 miles from Woodland Park centrally located for all outdoor activities and local attractions. We are just minutes away from all the Pikes Peak region area attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Seven Falls, and the famous Flying W Ranch. The Royal Gorge and river rafting are only an hour drive away and the historic mining town of Cripple Creek is only 35 miles away.
This charming 1885 Victorian inn has been providing lodging accommodations for guests for many years. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a UTE Pass landmark, Eastholme is the oldest and only remaining of a group of resort hotels that once flourished between scenic Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek. The main house is over 5,200 square feet featuring 6 elegant rooms and suites, fireplaces, and private baths.
Your family reunion visiting Colorado will relish the convenience and flexibility of having an entire bed and breakfast to themselves. Your family will awake each morning to a full gourmet breakfast with freshly baked breads, pastries, and culinary delights such as delicate soufflés and hearty frittatas.
The main house has six bedrooms and can accommodate up to 18 people. There are two cabin rentals on the property that accommodate 6 people. With house and cabin rental together, we can accommodate up to 24 people. The facility is ideally suited for your Colorado family reunion or vacation rental.
A full gourmet breakfast will be served each morning at 9:00 am for all guests. Light housekeeping is performed daily.
There is a guest kitchen on the second floor. We encourage our guests to bring disposable dinnerware to limit your time in the kitchen. Go have fun! And better yet, let us arrange catering services by our gourmet chef or from a local catering company and the whole family can enjoy without the cleanup mess.

Reservations
Group reservations must be made by phone. A deposit of 50% is required at the time reservation. The balance of 50% is required two weeks prior to your arrival.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at the time of check-in for the entire house rental and cabin rental. Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of check-out if there are no damages and the facility has been left in good condition.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled within 90 days before scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your 50% deposit. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, your full stay charge will apply.
Discounts
We offer a 5% discount for entire property rentals including the main house and cabins for 5 or more night stays from November 1st to April 30th for Sunday through Thursday bookings only. Excluding holidays and special events.
Discounts also provided if breakfast is not provided by Eastholme. Ask the innkeeper for details.
